This role is a part of the Regional Sales organization within ASEAN (and APAC) region. The objective of this team is to manage the Revenue numbers, lead the Account Management activities and be the eyes and ears of the organization within the Territory / Region. Sales organization is also expected to contribute actively (and effectively) into deepening their presence in the regional and build new pipeline for future business.

  • Sales Revenue goals: Develop a Territory Plan for allocated territory in coordination / consultation with the Regional Manager, manage its implementation and execute the plan to achieve agreed financial budgets.
  • Focus on protecting existing revenue-lines, cultivate new revenue growth opportunities from existing & new clients in the territory.
  • Broaden & deepen their reach into identified market. Work with the supporting organizations to improve the penetration of all product lines.
  • Progress the opportunities through various sales stages – maintaining a healthy rate of movement of opportunities (pipe) through various sales stages in the Sales process.
  • Ensure timely account & opportunity updates to the Regional & Global management team.
  • Own the revenue Forecast for the territory.
  • Support the execution of tactical marketing initiatives to create demand for specific products, enabling the achievement of a dominant market position.
  • Develop Account Plan for identified accounts
  • Build opportunity plans for the key opportunities in the portfolio and share with the stakeholders.
  • Establish sustainable relationships with multiple layers of management in client organizations with the aim of building a series of coaches in roles of influence.


  • At least 5-10 years of relevant experience managing BFSI clients.
  • Experience with vendor software.
  • Strong relationship with Hong Kong banks.
  • Experience with license revenues.
  • Fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
