He is a Permanent Resident in Hong Kong and has been based in Asia since 1996, when he left the UK and moved firstly to Singapore. He has over 25 years of experience in senior executive corporate management, legal and business affairs and commercial consulting, and as an entrepreneur/ and business owner, predominantly in the TMT (Telecom, Media & Technology) industries. Gerald divides his time between Hong Kong and Ireland & the United Kingdom.

Mark is a dual British/Australian national who has been working across Asia Pacific for over 30 years. He has held senior financial positions at global companies in Australia and Hong Kong, including being the CFO at Disney Asia Pacific. He has also operated his own recruitment company and completed numerous recruitment assignments across the region. Mark is based in Hong Kong and divides his time between Hong Kong and Australia.
